Was It Really A Typo?

Thanks Huffington Post

One of the most amusing typos of the season turned up for awhile overnight in a major Associated Press dispatch...

After focusing on Obama, the article discusses several possible McCain picks, and relates, "His top contenders are said to include Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. Less traditional choices mentioned include former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge, an abortion-rights supporter, and Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman, the Democratic vice presidential prick in 2000 who now is an independent."

I seen that too. Joe may be the only one left willing to run. That is pretty sad.

But I did find this today. Going to post it at Ralphy's place :D

I've thought Joe was going to be the choice all along.

Why is he doing this? Is this his way of getting back at the party for his joke of a presidential run in 2004?

Don't you think a Lieberman VP slot would sink McCain with the fundie base, though? Apart from the Hagee crowd who is so eager for the Jewish state to become Ground Zero for Armageddon, I mean? He has so much on the record from his (D) days that could hurt McCain's standing with the wingnut religious right...

I just don't see how it makes sense from the McCain campaign's point of view.

But, then, the candidate doesn't speak for his own campaign, so Anything Can Happen...
