Exactly, what the hell is this fight all about on Newshounds and who the hell is Sewell?

Count's Answer: On a Newshounds birther thread a birther named Sam Sewell showed up and began his introduction to the group by patting himself on the ass bragging about being a member of Mensa, a navy officer, a reverand, a worker with gifted children. What rubbed many of us the wrong way was not so much that he was a another crack pot birther but that he insisted on telling us with every post how smart he was while of course misspelling words like big and tried and talking down to other members of Newshounds.

You can find some of his early work here on BAD below as I copied it. He's been posting for at least 48 hours straight so to copy all of his posts would take up 6 pages. A quick search of credentials on the net found  most of his claims to be dubious at best. Bottom line he's a bogus reverend at a church where they sit around drink coffee, and sing Kumbaya and he get's to claim the tax deduction. He is also a peddler of a snake oil which he claims if you follow his plan you'll never have to see a Doctor again.


His trolling style is eerily similar to one Bob Peters even down to the fake threats, embellishments of his life accomplishments, his threats of law suits, and the fact he is originally from Iowa. However a search of Sam Sewell shows he is a totally separate moron from that moron Bob Peters.

I haven't been following the Johnny $ posts that well so forgive me if I ask: why the fascination with this dude?

Suddenly I feel like a middle-aged parent than a young college student

Had to get this out: mom told me a few of her crazy "spring break" stories, one of them involving her male friends, bricks, some rope, and male genitalia. She called it "beating the brick," I call it a quick way to lose your dick. Needless to say, I am disturbed. Apparently, listening to a local radio show made me realize mom's stories are tame.

I heard from one caller today that during her spring break, she got hot-and-heavy with this dude she was about ready to jump his bones, but couldn't becasue neither one had protection, so she does the logical thing, and snatches a used condom from the trash, turns it inside out...you can see where i'm going with this. Another female caller talked about her week in some city in Mexico, and how she wond up doing a home-made porno with three other guys and got paid $150 dollars for her "performance."

My question today: Does shit like this really happen on spring break? And am I the only college student in America who doesn't find that kind of hardcore partying attractive or fun?

I tell you it's a win win situation for everybody. Or you can admit the obvious and that are homosexual and continue to run. You won't win but I would at least have more respect for you. (ok not much more, but more) Finally you can keep the charade of being Pete Ricketts family man who invented conservative morals and values and take a chance on winning only to embarrass all of your loved ones. Tell me Pete Is it worth it just to be the Senator of Nebraska and cut your taxes a little more?

Apparently today woke, a vet of the Newshounds O/T, came back to the Forum, only to bet banned by Ellen. I don't know why he was banned...hell, I don't know why he was banished to begin with. The comments Ellen wrote on the woke thread started by Sergi, pissed me off, though.

The night where the American public rejected the economic platform of more supply-side economics and handing out tax breaks to the wealthiest 1% and spoke loudly that we wanted a new course of action to get us out of this financial nightmare?
Well someone needs give Mark Noonan the message, becasue he's still under the impression that what we need is more of the same policies that got us into this mess in the first place.

If we really want to change things, then we have to cut spending down to the basics for survival and safety and then kill any regulation which burdens the tasks of making, mining and growing things......We need conservatism - pure, fresh conservatism, from top to bottom.

Our country's insane obsession with firearms and the fear that Obama & the Democrats are going to take em way?

An armed population is a free population - just in case anyone of the Bill Ayers philosophy was thinking that the election of Obama is a license to Bolshevize the United States. It just seems a universal - we see a socialist elected President and we take out an extra insurance policy on our liberties.

It is fortunate that the Supreme Court recently ruled - quite properly - that the right to bear arms is an individual right. It will be hard for the Democrats to impose heavy restrictions on gun ownership, but we can expect them to try as much as possible to do so. And all of those commercials we heard in the battleground States that Obama was in favor of the 2nd Amendment? Just so much leftist smokescreen. Obama’s record is that of a gun-banner, not of a believer in the right of Americans to defend themselves.

In the end, this will do nothing but provide a good quarterly profit for our firearms manufacturers - and, of course, provide another reason for tyrants to fear the people of the United States of America.
