Damail: O'Reilly=Mike Wallace.

Michael Moore uses the same tactic. So did Mike Wallace. So does any local reporter who chases down some scam artist.

Broncos trading Cutler

The news story:

After numerous failed attempts to open a line of communication in recent days, the Denver Broncos have decided to pursue trading disgruntled quarterback Jay Cutler.

In a statement to Yahoo! Sports and several other media outlets, Broncos owner Pat Bowlen said that the team came to the decision after both he and head coach Josh McDaniels tried unsuccessfully to reach Cutler.

“Numerous attempts to contact Jay Cutler in the last 10 days, both by head coach Josh McDaniels and myself, have been unsuccessful,” Bowlen said. “A conversation with his agent [Bus Cook] earlier [Tuesday] clearly communicated and confirmed to us that Jay no longer has any desire to play for the Denver Broncos. We will begin discussions with other teams in an effort to accommodate his request to be traded.”

What a stupid move by Denver. With a healthy Shawne Merriman returning to the field and LT remaining a Charger, and Kansas City picking up Matt Cassel from the Patriots, why would trade your franchise QB when two teams are gearing up to extremely competitive in the AFC West? It's basically saying, 'fuck it, we're starting from square one.'

GOP: The party of racists?

So I thought this was interesting:

...when a liberal twit accuses a conservative of racism, the response must be swift and overwhelming condemnation of the liberal. Conservatives have to circle the wagon because the liberals want to separate us and defeat us one by one - they’ll hope to tag us, successively, as racists for opposing Obama in the hope that each one of us will be renounced by the larger conservative movement, thus fracturing the opposition. We can’t play that game - none of us are racists; heck, none of us has a racist bone in his or her body. The concept that conservatives are racists is a figment of liberal imagination...

Here's the thing, Mark: there are racists in your party. I'm not talking about Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh (those people are, in my opinion, worse than racists, but I'll explain that logic later on in the week), i'm talking about people like fmrmarine who pine for the good ol' days of 'Separate but Equal' in the South.
I'm speaking about the paranoid, white man in Alabama who fears that the government will take away his gun and that his son will come out of the closet, so he clings to his outdated prejudices, his loaded, double-barrel shotgun and his Holy Bible, like a teenage girl clings to her first serious boyfriend at the homecoming dance.
This group of 'values voters,' Bible-thumpers, NASCAR-dads, etc., still want to hold on to a way of life that has long come and gone like the tide, and they see your party as that last sense of peace of a much simpler time, and your party, happily and willingly, caters to their prejudices and fake how much they miss, 'the good ol' days...'
The problem is that my generation has moved on. We don't give a damn about race, or sexual orientation. We care about making health care and college affordable and finding a way to stop the polar ice caps from melting. And your side is not talking about any of these issues.
Until the Republicans announce that they're moving on from the politics of using people's old prejudices and personal fears of anyone or anything that threatens their stroll down memory lane, my generation won't help but come to the conclusion that the GOP is the party which caters to decades old bigotry and intolerance.

Damial Doesn't Read My Blogs Or Twitter Page

CNN did a lot of coverage this past week about the drug wars going on in Mexico. Anderson Cooper and Larry King both did special shows on the subject. So go ahead, tell everybody that Anderson and Larry hate Mexicans.

Hypocrisy reigns once again.

http://tinyurl.com/cpvvm5 I see CNN and Fox are still using each others talking points.

Just one question. While Cooper is on the border interviewing cartel members how much $ is he spending on his own personal stash?

Anderson Cooper is down on the border. braving the drug War from his 5 star hotel plaza. PENDEJO!

Anderson Cooper is shocked that Mexican drug cartels are recruiting Teens. Who does he think American gangs recruit? Octogenarians?

From My blogs and LJ...

Anderson Cooper is a complete waste of a zygote. Maybe we could use his stem cells for research. He is shocked...shocked God Dammit that Mexican drug cartels are recruiting Teenagers to help them do their dirty work and thinks you will be too. As opposed I guess to American gangs whom according to Planet Cooper must be recruiting 82 year old Grandmas. Oh to be the sperm of Gloria Vanderbilt and come off like you have a clue of the real world. Cooper has none. And staying in a $1000 motel in a New Orleans suburb for 3 months while you pimp the misery of others for career gain doesn't give you a clue. Neither did his pathetic 24 hours on a Chicago street which was actually 2...the other 22 hours were spent I am sure at a 5 star posh hotel.
_____________________________________________________
So Tonight CNN was ragging on it's usual Bogeyman Mexico talking about how students going down there for spring break should all be scared because dammit they will be kidnapped and killed by Mexican drug cartels and as an example they talked about some resort town outside of Tijuana. And Of course during CNN's whole fear Mexico piece they never mentioned once that Mexico's problem is the United States. It's Americans who are buying and consuming the drugs, It's Americans who the drug cartels are fighting over, it's Americans who are supplying the guns to keep the Cartels going. CNN did mention that the town hasn't had a murder yet this year or a murdered tourist in the past year. So why should we be afraid again? Yes Tijuana and Juarez are dangerous right now and you should be very craeful going there but so are Detroit and Philadelphia. Unless you are getting involved in the drug trade you odds are will NOT get kidnapped on your next visit to Cancun to blow off a little steam.

The funniest part of the whole Mexican hit piece was when the idiot reporter asked the idiot Mayor of the town what would stop anybody from shooting them as they walked down a street downtown. The Mayor seemed to be so awestruck by the ignorance of the question he didn't give the three part easy answer.

A. What's to stop that from happening in say...Dallas?
B. Because we aren't taking part in a drug deal
C. because you have a 200 camera men and toadies following you all of whom would make a witness.

Now it's no secret CNN sucks and Mexico has violence issues but for their amazingly piss poor Mexican violence on poor spring break victims hit piece I say...

CNN! Suck My Left Nut!

Yeah you're right Damail. None of us have been calling out CNN. Though you she does make a good point. Inadvertently natch. Scratch CNN you'll find Fox.

I don't think Sean Penn gives a shit either way, Billo

In a non-issue story today, Billo is boycotting two-time Oscar winner Sean Penn's movies.

THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: ARE THERE ACTORS WHOSE POLITICAL OPINIONS DISTURB YOU SO MUCH YOU WON'T SEE THEIR MOVIES?

O'Reilly: Just Sean Penn

THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: SOMEONE WILL READ THAT AND ACCUSE YOU OF ENCOURAGING A NEW BLACKLIST ERA.

O'Reilly: Not at all. He's a great actor, and if you hire him, you'll get a good performance. I'm just not going to give a guy who gives aid and comfort to people like (Iran president Mahmoud) Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez and Saddam Hussein, when he was alive, my 10 bucks. That's my right as an American.

Glenn Beck Was Right About Something!

I know I know I am just as shocked as you are but Glenn Beck finally told the truth for once in his life.

Mr. Beck says he believes every word he says on his TV show, and the radio show that he still hosts from 9 a.m. to noon each weekday. […]

At the same time, though, he says he is an entertainer. “I’m a rodeo clown,” he said in an interview, adding with a coy smile, “It takes great skill.” […]

He added later: “I say on the air all time, ‘if you take what I say as gospel, you’re an idiot.’

It's the crazy Representative from Minnesota

Oh, boy.....
Here's Republican House Representative Michelle Bachman on the Sean Hannity Radio Show, calling for an "orderly revolution" to save freedom!

At this point the American people - it's like Thomas Jefferson said, a revolution every now and then is a good thing. We are at the point, Sean, of revolution. And by that, what I mean, an orderly revolution -- where the people of this country wake up get up and make a decision that this is not going to happen on their watch. It won't be our children and grandchildren that are in debt. It is we who are in debt, we who will be bankrupting this country, inside of ten years, if we don't get a grip. And we can't let the Democrats achieve their ends any longer.

But, wait! there's more madness from this woman!

Bachmann: Right now I'm a member of Congress. And I believe that my job here is to be a foreign correspondent, reporting from enemy lines. And people need to understand, this isn't a game. this isn't just a political talk show that's happening right now. This is our very freedom, and we have 230 years, a continuous link of freedom that every generation has ceded to the next generation. This may be the time when that link breaks.

Aren't people in the 6th congressional district of Minnesota embarassed by this woman's anitcs by now?

Edit From The Count:

Michelle must be making the rounds today she was the Glenn Beck show as well.

I love TP's headline...

Touting Her Currency Conspiracy, Bachmann Insists: ‘This Is Not Michele Bachmann Being A Kook’

As if she has to tell us whether or not she is in her kook phase or else we wouldn't know the difference.

Today on Glenn Beck’s radio show, Bachmann declared that the U.S. will soon be moving to “give up the dollar as our currency and we would just go with a One World currency.” Such action, she warned, would mean the U.S. as a country would be “no more”:

BACHMANN: As you know, Russia, China, Brazil, India, South Africa, many nations have lined up now and have called for an international global currency, a One World currency and they want to get off of the dollar as the reserve currency.

BECK: Most people don’t understand, Michele, what that means.

BACHMANN: What that means is all of the countries in the world would have a single currency. We would give up the dollar as our currency and we would just go with a One World currency. … If we give up the dollar as our standard, and co-mingle the value of the dollar with the value of coinage in Zimbabwe, that dilutes our money supply. We lose control over our economy. And economic liberty is inextricably entwined with political liberty. Once you lose your economic freedom, you lose your political freedom. And then we are no more, as an exceptional nation, as we always have been. So this is imperative.

Bachmann claimed that Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said he was “open” to the One World currency. (In reality, he only said he was open to changes in the IMF special drawing rights, and reaffirmed his commitment to the dollar.) Beck warned that speaking out about the global currency gets one labeled a “kook,” but Bachmann brushed off such concerns, saying she’s been called that “throughout [her] political career”:

BACHMANN: Well, Glenn, I have experienced that throughout my political career, being labeled a kook. It just happened again in a big story in the Minneapolis Star Tribune. But all we have to do is point to the treasury secretary on tape, on camera. This is not Michele Bachmann being a kook. This is our treasury secretary on tape and on camera.

UPS Pulls It's Advertising For "The Factor"

Think Progress' Stop Supporting The O'Reilly Harassment Machine is apparently getting the job accomplished.

In response to our Stop Supporting The O’Reilly Harassment Machine campaign, UPS told us yesterday that it was investigating whether to continue supporting O’Reilly’s show. “We are sensitive to the type of television programming where our messages and presence are associated and continually review choices to affect future decisions,” spokeswoman Susan Rosenberg told us.

Today UPS announced it will stop advertising on O’Reilly’s show. Here is the statement UPS emailed out just moments ago:

Thank you for sending an e-mail expressing concern about UPS advertising during the Bill O’Reilly show on FOX News. We do consider such comments as we review ad placement decisions which involve a variety of news, entertainment and sports programming. At this time, we have no plans to continue advertising during this show.

I have signed the email and sent it. I encourage others to do the same.

Maybe K Should Have Spent Less Time Worrying About Obama And More Time Worrying About His Team.

Villanova 77 Duke 54.

Looks like the President Knew what he was talking about. Haha. Fuck Dook.

Is this really the road the GOP wants to down on?

Are the Republicans completely fine with the unholy union of religious fundamentalism and unregulatred corporate greed that's taken over the party? Do they not have a problem with a base of narrow-minded, ignorant sheep who cling to old prejudices the same way a teenage girls holds on to her first boyfriend at the junior prom? Is this how the Republicans want to been as: the party completely detached from the changing times, and reality itself? Becasue that is exactly where they - and their supporters - are heading.

Awesome

I'm not a big fan of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament or its runoff, the National Invitation Tornament, but this is a home team that's making big news tonight, so of course I have to talk about it.

SAN DIEGO (AP)—Steve Fisher’s San Diego State Aztecs are going to New York and Patrick Mills is heading into the offseason.

The Aztecs blew a 13-point second-half lead, then rallied to beat Mills and the Saint Mary’s Gaels 70-66 on Wednesday night to reach the semifinals of the NIT.

Tim Shelton posted up for the go-ahead basket with 48.6 seconds left and Richie Williams made three free throws in the final 26 seconds as the Aztecs held off the Gaels.

This is the deepest SDSU has advanced in a national postseason tournament in its Division I history. Students rushed the court after the buzzer.

Billy White scored 17 for the Aztecs (26-9), who will play Baylor (23-14) in the semifinals on Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden.

Fisher was part of two NIT championships while at Michigan, as an assistant to Bill Frieder in 1984 and as head coach in 1997. Fisher coached Michigan to the NCAA title in 1989.

A big congrats to the Aztecs on advancing to the NIT Final Four, big hopes they take the Big Apple by storm this year. And of course, i'll be watching.

I noticed ESPN is running baseball tonight I am on record with my feelings for baseball but I know Jonathan loves the game so if he writes a preview I certainly hope he posts it here.

And finally this quote from a Think Progress troll...

tpafla Says:

hooda,
So the people that believe that Obama’s plans are going to shape this country into something oposite from what the Constitution says they should just sit back and wait for AMERICA to fail without a fight?

Excuse me but the last people on earth we should be taking constitutional advice from are Limbots and W enablers.

Stuff It Billo

Ellen has been letting me comment on her threads again so maybe the ice is thawing a bit but I wanted to to comment on this particular thread here.

"One night after his vengeful attack on a young blogger, Amanda Terkel, of Think Progress, Bill O'Reilly read several pieces of (favorable) mail about the incident. Without offering any proof beyond his say-so, O'Reilly contended Terkel had conspired with NBC to harm rape victims from the "evidence" of one blog post in which she had questioned O'Reilly's suitability as a speaker at a rape-victim fundraiser. Other than the fact that MSNBC's Keith Olbermann had picked up on the story (as did other blogs, including ours), we never found out how O'Reilly "knew" they had colluded. But when asked by one viewer, why the "far left and NBC" had attacked the charity (which they had not), O'Reilly came up with the novel - and self-aggrandizing - explanation that it was because he "destroyed NBC's cable operations in prime time." With video."

Call me a conspiracy nut but would Fox news be beyond paying their employees to write said emails? Billo might be writing them himself. We know that Fox has employees that go around from blog to blog to disrupt and defend anybody who dare speak the truth about what they are doing. CoughDamailCough.

Well this certainly isn't a big time blog but if saying that the "It Happened to Alexa Foundation" has destroyed any credibility it had with me is attacking the charity than so be it. Of course I am all for calling out Billo for his rampant hypocrisy but the It Happened to Alexa Foundation knew about Billo's previous statements and stances towards rape victims and STILL went ahead with him as a guest speaker. This tells me the It Happened to Alexa Foundation Cares about as much for Alexa and other rape victims as Billo does. Which is they don't care at all.

Reality Time For Bluejay Nation Is Here

When pre-season basketball magazines hit the newsstand the choice to win the Missouri Valley Conference was unanimous Creighton was going to win with ease according to most of the pundits. Yet all year long there has seemingly been two different Creighton basketball teams. There is the one that started slow lost to Nebraska in an absolute shitfest and seemed generally uninspired. There were fights between Dana Altman and his players and Creighton fan was actually starting to call for Dana Altman's head. Then it finally started to kick in. Creighton went on an 11 game win streak. Now did they go on that streak because they were finally playing to their capabilities? Or was it because they were playing Wichita State, Evansville, Illinois State, Drake...etc? I tend to think it was a little of the first and a whole lot of the latter.

Just when Creighton needed to be the Good Creighton team the most they were not. In the first round of the MVC tournament they needed a miracle shot from Booker Woodfox whom seemingly got 4 seconds to get off a shot with 1.8 seconds left. They were destroyed in the second round by Illinois State so thoroughly that most everybody figured they were out of the NCAA tournament. As the next week progressed it seemed things were breaking for Creighton and they had managed to sneak into the tournament Until Mississippi State won the SEC tournament leaving somebody out of the dance. That somebody was Creighton.

Arizona, was the team that most Creighton fans figured didn't belong in the tournament and Creighton should have been in their stead. Well Arizona will still playing in the NCAA tournament next week while Creighton had to come from behind to beat to beat Bowling Green at home by 2 points. bad Creighton has showed it's ugly head again and the committee now looked like geniuses.

Last night Creighton had a chance to make a statement to present their argument that they belonged in the NCAA tournament with a home game against one the best programs in basketball Kentucky. The good news for them is that there can be no doubt that good Creighton came to play last night. That team that showed up last night would have won the MVC Tournament. The bad news is playing their best game in weeks against the worst Kentucky team in years Creighton again proved they did not belong in the big time.

The fact that their fans, lead by the late Matt Perrault tried to spin that this proved that they did is both laughable and absurd. Creighton was the #1 seed in their bracket. Kentucky was 4th. Creighton was playing at home. Creighton was favored! If Creighton was going to present their case and the case for all mid majors, that the system is unfair to them then they get an A for effort but an F. for execution. When presented with a home game against a name program that probably doesn't care about the game half as much as you do you have to win. Not only do you have to win but you have to win in a somewhat decisive manner. If Creighton were to win 63-62 as it appeared they might or if Woodfox hits that shot at the end, a shot he hits seemingly 90% of the time, they still wouldn't have proven they belonged in the big time. Because this year Kentucky is not big time. So if barely beating an average Kentucky team doesn't prove much what does losing to an Average Kentucky team prove? Jackshit!

Kentucky is not Kentucky at least not the Kentucky that they normally are, and they haven't been for awhile. Just as beating Nebraska or losing a close game to them, especially on the road, in football from 2002 until further notice doesn't mean you are among the nations best football teams anymore or prove that you are among the elite losing to Kentucky at home this year doesn't prove that you were overlooked or under-rated. Creighton played hard and they played well last night you can't take that away from them. Still at the end of the day the only things they proved were...

A. In a power conference they would struggle to win games
B. They should have been a 5 seed in the NIT tournament and not a 1.
C. The NCAA committee got it right.

How Dare You Idiots Have An Opinion

IHTAF is a private foundation. That means it is none of either yours or Keith Olbermann's business who they invite to be the speaker for their luncheon.

This also higlights your hypocrisy in that it is apparently ok to disagree with and harass (to the point of traumatizing) the IHTAF, but not anyone accociated with the Center.

Stop whining. If you don't want to be harrassed, stop harassing other people.
The problem with the majority(all) of you idiots who suckle from MMA is that you are stupid. The girl's family quit her job because of the firestorm set off by Ms. Terkel when she blogged against Bill O'reilly. They set up a button online once clicked would send hate mail to the girl and her family. Apparently you idiots on this website do not need the whole story to make a judgment. I hope you fools see my comment before the powers that be at his disgusting website take it down.

For those who think it's stalking, the media have special rights when it comes to information. Watters can follow all he wants. He does not pose a threat to the woman. She even had a male companion with her. You people make me sick.

You idiots, members of the media have been doing this for years. You are just to stupid to understand that you have no legal grounds to sue.

Watters interviewed her on a public street. You fools didn't even watch it.

No Damial as of yet. Unless of course She is Randi and Jason.

Weather Update.

There were several storms including Tornadoes and hail in eastern Nebraska today and I just want to report that the most violent stuff was well to the west of us.

I am sick today with sore throat and the chills and whatever else so I was actually taking a nap when the sirens went off and since I left the door open I had 2 dogs and a cat in with me.The Contessa was just getting off work when the sirens blew but again the worst of the storm was well to the west of Downtown and us. Seems like West Omaha where all the well healed Republicans reside gets the worst of the weather. :)

So to repeat the worst of the weather missed us.

What's the deal with the new Timothy Geithner?

Is he doing the best he can under the circumstances, or is he only making things worse?

So Ignorant I Have To Post It...

I know this has NOTHING to do with politics but this statement is so incredibly dumb it has to be drawn attention too...

Not A Boxing expert Obviously...

klitschko would beat ali because ali was to small and had week chin
23.03.09 @ 06:31:04

Ok Maybe he means Ali Landry. I sure hope so. I am no Muhammad Ali fan I think he's one of the most overrated figures in sports but to say that A. Vitaly Klitschko, the slightly less shitty of the two Klitschkos, could beat him is as laughable as the assertion he had a weak chin. Saying Muhammid Ali had a weak chin is like saying Ann Coulter is an intellectual. Or Leon Spinks was the best looking heavyweight champion of all times...

BTW, how is it this guy can spell Klitschko and not weak?

He's a popular president...he MUST be a power-hungry Communist!

*Rolls eyes and sighs.....*

“It starts with a cult of personality,” the Cuban explained. “One man declares himself the jefe, the caudillo, the big leader.”

Actually, Obama was elected the leader of the free world by the American people. And about the cult of personality? Can you blame Americans? We've been stuck with an incompetent adminstration that found new ways to make the Office of the Presidency look like a force for ruthless ambition and cutthroat power grabs at the expense of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law. Sorry for fawning over an adminstration that looks like its being run by adults who understand the complexities of the world we live in.

Do keep in mind that the man who accepts his party’s nomination in front of 80,000 people has a problem with megalomania.

LOL!
That is the biggest load of B.S. i've heard this week.

Open Thread

I only saw parts of the first three basketball games today and they all sucked ass. Sounds like tonight there was a couple of good games. Anyway tonight was too lovely to sit and watch basketball for a third straight days plus I had tickets to see Bill Cosby tonight. Now Bill has his share of critics these days and his share of new fans and it's my opinion that one group misses the boat at least somewhat and the other group entirely.

Growing up Mr. Cosby was somebody that was very influential to me. Since I saw his movie Bill Cosby himself I wanted to do what he did. And thankfully for a short period in my life I got to do it. And was good enough at it, as I often joke, to be able to provide for myself 3 square meals a month. It's not that I was bad at it per se it was that I didn't have the drive to create the luck that makes one a success in the business. Also With the man being 71 years old my chances of seeing him live were dwindling. The man is still magnificent enough at his craft that for 2 hours he made me forget just how tough that profession is and actually made me think of giving it another go. Thankfully in the war waged between my brain and my stomach my stomach prevailed.

Now at the risk of blowing any cool I have ever had...which is none to begin with ...I prefer comedians like Bill Cosby who do their craft with a minimum of swear words. YES I know that on all my blogs and Live Journal I use Obscenities as a comedic device. Check out my editorial Theodore Olson Cocksucker as a reference. I did somewhat in my short happy life in stand up. But if I had my druthers I still would rather listen to comedians like Cosby most of the time. Don't get me wrong I find comedians like Chris Rock Marvelously funny as well It depends on the mood I guess.

So getting back to Bill Cosby's new friends and critics and let me just say there is much of the man's actions in the past few years that deserve criticism so I am not going to address the critics. I want to address the white folks who often show up on internet message boards often posing as Black Conservatives to claim Mr. Cosby as one of their own. Yes I am calling out tools like former liberal or whatever the fuck he called himself on NH off topic. Mainly Because Bill Cosby is not a conservative. what prove is there of such a statement? I know for a fact his voting record doesn't suggest he's a Conservative . Not that any of this matters of course. What matters to me is the man was very influential on a segment of my life and I am glad I got to see him.

Shame he didn't bring Pudding pops though.

Bill Cosby Is Still A Very Funny Fellow...Right!

March Madness Day 2 Recap.

Ok I have to be honest about this. I did not watch nearly as much of the tournament today as I did Yesterday. I mean even I can't watch College Basketball 48 hours straight. College football maybe not college Basketball. Too bad for me. On the whole today's games were much better than yesterdays.

Start again in the Midwest Bracket. My pick in bold.

#1 Louisville had a tough game for a half against #16 Morehead State then pulled away in the second half to win by a comfortable 20 points.

#8 Siena trailed the whole game against Ohio State before taking a small lead late then traded it the rest of regulation with #9 Ohio State. Siena had a chance to win in regulation down 1 with 2 free throws but only made 1 of 2 to put the game in overtime. The first overtime produced nothing conclusive and Ohio State had a 1 point lead when Siena hit a 3 with 3 seconds left to take a 2pt lead. Ohio State's last second shot was off and Siena won by 2.

#12 Arizona the controversial pick of the to tournament proved the NCAA committee wise with a 13 point victory over #5 Utah. This was one of two games today that I picked wrong and knew better. Still My sheet says Utah.

#13 Cleveland State provided the surprise of the first round by jumping out to 9-0 lead on #4 Wake Forest and then never really letting up in a shocking 15 point victory over the ACC Power.

#11 Dayton got out to a nice lead and then held off #6 West Virginia. Here I stuck with my gut and got it right. You should always go with your gut.

#3 Kansas had a battle #14 North Dakota State but held off the Bison 84-74. Though I am not one of those always root for the Big XII people, especially when the Divahawks are concerned... but it's nice that the conference is 6-0 in the first round.

#10 USC Beat #7 Boston College decisively today. This was the other game I couldn't believe what my sheet said. I knew better than this one. Oh well.

#2 Michigan State beat #15 Robert Morris easily. It's been a better than expected tournament for the Big Ten. This game however was a lock.

West Bracket...

#6 Marquette barely held off pesky #11 Utah State by 1 point. The game was close through out but Marquette managed a 4 point lead with just seconds left and Utah State's last second three pointer was meaningless.

#3 Missouri had a tough time for a half then wore out #14 Cornell with their pressure in the second half. Missouri would go on to win by 20. It was the second straight blowout loss in the tournament for Ranger Bob's "Alma matter. "

The East Bracket...

#1 Pittsburgh slept walked through much of their game against #16 East Tennessee State but managed to pull away for a victory at the end. Had East Tenn. State been able hit their free throws this could have been the first victory for #16 over a #1. Instead #1 went to 100-0 all time.

#8 Oklahoma State won by 3 in a great game over #9 Tennessee. This was by far the best game of the morning. It came down to an Eaton basket and foul. HE HAS TO BE A SENIOR NOW! he's been there 10 years at least!

#12 Wisconsin became the third #12 seed to advance to the second round with a overtime victory over #5 Florida State. For all of the knob slobbering ESPN does for the ACC this has been a remarkably shitty tournament for the conference.

#4 Xavier pretty much had control over #13 Portland State from start to finish and beat the Vikings comfortably.

South Bracket...

#6 Arizona State Kept up what has been a nice tournament for the Pac Ten with a win over #11 Temple today. ASU got out to a nice lead before Temple made a bit of a run but then ASU finished the game off and came out on top by 9.

#3 Syracuse beat #14 Stephen F. Austin by a score of 59-44. I have to be honest I saw none of this game but it sounds like it was a dud.

I went 10-6 Today which is not good. If I would have gone with my gut I would have been 12-4 again which is much better. Anyway the midwest is the wild bracket with seeds #10,11,12 and 13 still alive for round 2.

Winners...

Louisville, Siena, Dayton, Kansas, Michigan State, Missouri, Pittsburgh, Xavier, Arizona State and Syracuse.

Losers...

Wake Forest, Boston College, Utah, Utah State, Tenneseee and Florida State,

Two day total 22-10.

By who? I don't care about the bitch's opinions on anything let alone this. OK Continue CSM

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin released a statement this afternoon condemning President Obama’s “Special Olympics” crack he dropped last night on the Tonight Show. (Click here if you’re new to the story).

Palin, the mother of an 11-month old diagnosed with Down Syndrome, said she was “shocked to learn of the comment.”

“This was a degrading remark about our world’s most precious and unique people, coming from the most powerful position in the world,” she said.

“These athletes overcome more challenges, discrimination and adversity than most of us ever will. By the way, these athletes can outperform many of us and we should be proud of them. I hope President Obama’s comments do not reflect how he truly feels about the special needs community.”

That sweet Sarah! She cares so much about special need children that...she turned down 31% of the offered federal stimulus money offered Alaska that would have went to special needs children. As always The Rude Pundit says it better than I ever could have so I'll let him take the floor...

Sarah Palin to Alaska's Poor and Special Needs Kids: "Suck It, You Dirty 'Tards":
Why can't we be fucking finished with Sarah Palin? There is nothing interesting, thoughtful, original, or unique about this idiot, this power hungry mouthpiece for things she can't comprehend, this fuckdoll fantasy for right wing dudes hoping for restoration by jacking off into plastic Palin's orifices of pleasure, this dullard, this conscienceless void, Forrest Gump without the skills, this willful tabula rasa who whores herself out to let the highest bidder scrawl her beliefs on her blank brain. She is like an especially ambitious dung beetle trying to push a turd up and over a hill; even if she gets it where she wants it, in the end, she's still just been rolling shit.

The fact that Governor Palin has decided to reject 31% of the federal government stimulus money budgeted for Alaska must be giving the vapors to other Republican idiot governors who are craving that national attention like a hungry baby at a South Carolina Hooters. It's like Palin just saw and raised Bobby Jindal and Mark Sanford, except they're not just playing with cash. They're tossing their citizens' asses into the pot.

Of the $288 million Palin waved off as easily as an extra serving of pie, $172 million was to go to education in her state, including over $70 million specifically for programs directed at programs for poor and special needs students. Rural Alaska, which is, you know, most of Alaska, was hit especially hard by the news: "Northwest Arctic Borough superintendent Norman Eck reacted to the news in an e-mail: 'I am stunned,' he wrote.

See this is why I care not about the opinions of this two faced wench. In brighter news as I stand to the strains of the odious God Bless The USA..."God, all this love and everything in the room - I'm horny,"

Ted Haggard Going On Divorce Court

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Former evangelical pastor Ted Haggard and his wife are planning another TV appearance, this time to talk about their marriage.

The two are in Los Angeles taping an appearance on the syndicated Twentieth Television show "Divorce Court," to be broadcast nationally April 1.

The show's presiding judge, Lynn Toler, is interviewing the couple about how their marriage survived after a male prostitute from Denver alleged a cash-for-sex relationship with Ted Haggard in November 2006, executive producer Mark Koberg said.

The scandal prompted Haggard to resign as president of the National Association of Evangelicals and New Life Church in Colorado Springs.

The Haggards say their marriage and Christian faith are stronger than ever, and they want people to know that divorce is not the answer.

"This is part of Ted's journey," Gayle Haggard said. "It's made him a better man. I see what has happened as a divine rescue."

He is not going to rest until he is a total joke is he?

NY Times The Complete Front Pages.

Finally got this is in the mail and I am excited to look into it. NO the complete 54,267 front Pages ARE NOT included in the book though it comes with 3 CD ROMS that do contain each front page. On Amazon people are complaining that book doesn't contain every front page itself and it's too big at the same time. Call me crazy but if it contained all 54,000+ front pages wouldn't it really be too big? I also find it funny that people are complaining of the small print the papers in the book. Again call me crazy but I believe one is not really suppose to actually read each front page word for word. Though with the CD ROM one could do just that with all except the earliest pages which ARE difficult to read.

Anyway this looks pretty cool.

March Madness Day 1 Recap

My Pick in bold

Starting In The West...

#1. Connecticut Skullfucked poor #16.Chattanooga 103-47. being a 1-16 game you expect an ass kicking but you really hope the games aren't THIS bad. The other 16-1 game today wasn't much better. UCONN Coach Jim Calhoun missed the game because of dehydration.

#9. Texas A&M beat #8. BYU pretty easily. Why this game was made I have no idea. Not that these teams didn't belong in the tournament but the same 2 teams in the same seeds played each other last year. Same Results too. Go figure.

#5. Purdue got off to a big lead early against #12 Northern Iowa then had to hold on for a tight win. The game was about what you would expect. Northern Iowa proved the committee right for not choosing another MVC Team And Purdue about bored everybody to death with their Big Ten grind it out style.

#4 Washington beat #12 Mississippi State rather easily in the Oprah game that almost nobody saw. Cause we saw Oprah instead. I watch some of this on the net and Obviously since I picked the upset was surprised not so much that Washington won...but that they won so easily.

#10 Maryland beat #7 cal in one of the better games of the afternoon. a 10 beating a 7 is almost never an upset and this one especially didn't fall in to that category. Most people picked Maryland.

#2 Memphis got the shit scared out of it by #15 Cal State Northridge before pulling away late. Memphis needed a huge game from one Roburt Salie. The Roburt Salie that enrolled at Nebraska only to be ruled ineligible on an ignorant technicality. If Salie's 35 points today made my fellow Nebraska fans feel bad they can take solace in the fact that until today he averaged 4 points a game.

East region...

#6 UCLA lead the entire way and then had to hold on over # 11 VCU. VCU was a trendy pick if like me you were wrong here well so was the President. UCLA had the lead through out but lead only by one when VCU missed a potential game winning shot at the buzzer.

#3 Villanova playing at home trailed #14 American by 10 at halftime and 14 in the second half but dominated from there on in to pull out a 13 point victory. Why exactly Villanova get's the luxury of playing at home the first two games I am not quite sure.

#7 Texas started slow but eventually pulled away from #10 Minnesota by getting the slow plodding Gophers to play in an uptempo fast pace game which most big ten teams can not do.

#2 Duke broke away from #15 Binghamton in the second half. Now we will see if they can beat Texas and advance to the second round for the first time in 4 years.

South Region...

#1 North Carolina didn't miss and didn't need PG Ty lawson in their blowout of #16 Radford. This and the UCONN Game made one wish the NCAA tournament had a mercy rule.

#8 LSU got off to a fast start and then held on for a 5 point win over #9 Butler in one of the better games of the morning. Despite being the higher seed and a slight favorite this game was a very small upset to many people.

#12 Western Kentucky got off to a big lead and held on to beat #5 Illinois by 5. They also became the only double digit seed to win a game today after many played well for 30 or 35 minutes. Western Kentucky also seemed to run out of steam but had enough cushion. to hold off Illinois. This was the biggest upset of the day and I am not sure it qualifies as much of an upset really.

#4 Gonzaga started slow but eventually pulled away for a healthy victory over #13 Akron. it was the first tournament win for the once trendy Zags in 3 years.

#7 Clemson fell to #10 Michigan in a tight game. The game was in the 50's where Michigan wanted it and Michigan held off a Clemson rally in the last minute. Again the higher seed won but this was no upset.

#2 Oklahoma blew out #15 Morgan State as expected. The only excitement the game contained is when a Morgan State player back flipped Blake Griffin and got ejected.

Today's record 12-4.

Winners...
UCONN, A&M, Purdue, Maryland, Memphis, Villanova, Texas, Duke, North Carolina, Gonzaga, Michigan Oklahoma.

Losers...
Mississippi State, VCU, Butler, Illinois.

EDIT. This is why The Count Should not write when he is tired. OBVIOUSLY 10 is a double digit and both Maryland and Michigan won as 10 seeds. So obviously Western Kentucky was not as written the only double digit seed to win Yesterday.

NFL commentary

So I've got a few comments on a few of the big stories so far in the in the NFL offseason:

1.) LaDainian Tomlinson is still a Charger for three more years.

2.) T.O. takes his dog-and-pony show over to Buffalo

3.) Bye-Bye Cutler?

First, on the LT conclusion: Hurray for L.T., deciding on the three-year deal that keeps Tomlinson in SD til 2011. The Chargers, with help from General Manager A.J. Smith (aka: egotist extraordinaire) have had a history of releasing big-named players like linebackers Junior Seau and Rodney Harrison, so as the drama revolving around LT - will he stay or will we have let go of another star player - has come to a resolution that ends on a happy note, maybe A.J. will take something from this experience: cast your ego aside and shut the fuck up.

Secondly, Owens moving to Buffalo: Am I the only person who sees this move as a disaster waiting to happen? And Dick Jauron is welcoming him with a 'clean slate?' Fuck that! T.O. might be one of the best wide outs in the league, but he's still an immature little bitch who's two favorite pastimes include letting his ego get the better of him in the lockeroom and causing headaches for general mangers and coaches. What needed to happen was to tell Owens, upfront, that none of his antics would be tolerated here and let him know who's in charge. Give it time, and we'll hear Owens stirring up more shit before the season starts.

Lastly, the feud between Cutler and new Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels: I'm no Broncos fan, but even I'm scratching my head over this one. Why would you tell your franchise QB that he's expendable? And -- unless you're confident that your going to get something really good for Cutler -- why would you trade-up? The AFC West finally looks competitive for the first time in years: Kansas City acquired a new QB in Matt Cassel and LT's still playing in a Chargers uniform. How do you expect to compete in this league without your rising star quaterback?

That Why It's LC 360.

Log Cabin on CNN is going to go after Barack Obama after the commercial break. The President's crime? He joked that while he has practiced and his bowling score is up to 129 the only way he could enter a competition is if it were the Special Olympics. Log Cabin has warned that this could back fire and he will disucuss it further. Really if the man took a breath Log Cabin would warn it could back fire and take him to task. If Only the man killed thousands in an illigal war. Then LC wouldn't care.

OK I shut the door and can't hear that fool. I will concentrate on basketball.

A Little Fun At Damail's Expense

"...still not revealing her husband's role..."

Oh, really?

http://gretawire.foxnews.com/200...09/03/19/fyi-3/

Greta points out that her husband a) is not an official advisor in any way, and b) he has also helped out Nancy Pelosi.

"Damail was now wearing only brief white panties. She had signaled her desire by removing her shirt and skirt, and by leaning back on the couch. She closed her eyes, concentrating on nothing but Billo's tongue and lips. He gently teased her by licking the areas around her most sensitive erogenous zone. Then he slipped her panties down her legs and, within seconds, his tongue was inside her, moving rapidly."

It's The Media's Fault Sarah Palin Is Completely Ignorant And Doesn't Read

The difference between Obama and Palin is that Obama has been vaunted as another Lincoln, FDR, MLK Jr., Moses, Kennedy and Jesus Christ by the media, Hollywood, pop culture and political pundits for almost a year now. Sarah Palin has been brutalized by the media, Hollywood, pop culture and political pundits and been labeled everything from trailer trash to Hitler. The fact that her approval ratings have stayed so high after the beatings she has taken, says a lot. Obama's approval ratings, on the other hand, were never expected to do anything but keeping ascending up to the heights of Mt. Olympus.

Palin lost the election. Obama won!
Palin was supposed to be destroyed.
Obama was the unstoppable victor!

Now do you understand the difference?

Is it mere coincidence that this resurgence in illegitimacy happened during the five years in which gay marriage has become (not thanks to me or my choice) the most prominent marriage issue in America...

Really? I did not know Bristol Palin was gay.

Found this on Amazon.

“I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians - they are so unlike your Christ."
-Ghandi

Sums up how I pretty much feel about the radical Christian right, as diplayed on Blogs For Victory.com.

Look, leftists, this is our civilization - you’re welcome to live in it, but it has some ground rules.

Exactly who died and made you king of the Earth? And the last time I checeked, we live in a nation where you are allowed to practice whatever religion you chose, or to not practice any religion at all.

...you want to preserve your ability to have gay pride parades, you’d better ensure that your civilization remains Christian because its only us Christians who are easy going enough to allow such nonsense to carry on in public.

In the words of former VP Dick Cheney: "Go fuck yourself!"

Out With A Whimper And Not A Bang

Well it's officially College football season for me now. Nebraska's basketball season came to an in with a 82-71 defeat to New Mexico in Albuquerque tonight. The NIT is the college basketball equivalent of the Independence Bowl. It's a chance for teams who have had decent but not great seasons to go out with something for themselves to hold their heads up high about. And just like the Independence Bowl and for the very same reason the officiating in the NIT can be down right dreadful. Tonight it was flat incompetent. NCAA tournament, NIT tournament I really don't care the kids competing deserve at the very least competent officiating. What Nebraska and New Mexico got tonight were apparently three guys the NIT committee found on the street in down town Albuquerque wearing will work for foods signs. How do officials get jobs, let alone post season jobs who don't know the basic rules? These three clowns actually made the three clowns Nebraska got last year at Mississippi look good And I didn't think that was possible. Next year God forbid if the NCAA committee deams us not to be worthy of a NCAA tournament bid I would hope we tell the NIT to go fuck themselves. The Kids deserve better even in the NIT.

Now that I have said that... The good news is Nebraska played better tonight than they did Wednesday though they couldn't really play much worse could they? In fact I was proud, just as I have been all year.,at the way they kept fighting and kept competing through out the game but truth is on the road in an NIT game you need to play your best ball to get any sort of win Nebraska did not. They just didn't make key plays when they had too and their defense was shockingly sub-par tonight. Some of that no doubt was do to the 3 stooges working the game and the fact that they fucking called everything whether or not there was actually a foul there, But for a key stretch in the game the intensity wasn't there. To start the second half Nebraska played dreadful basketball and their deficit swelled from 5 to 19. After that Nebraska played the better basketball of the two teams but it was too late. The lead never got below 7. Inspite of the horrid officiating I think the team that deserved to win won. The truth is Nebraska though they played hard just didn't play well enough to get the job done.

So Nebraska finishes it's season with a record of 18-13. And I have to say as 18-13 seasons go this one was really pretty special. Nebraska was the smallest division one basketball team in America but out worked just about every team they played. And any season we beat Creighton is great season. I do believe they ran out of gas at the end of the year however. Next year they have some size coming in but they have to replace a couple of key guys. Wait till Next year is a popular refrain from Nebraska basketball fans. Whether or not Next year brings a NCAA tournament team or another team that works hard competes but just isn't quite good enough I know not but one thing I do know. I don't want anything else to do with the NIT.

Cause we all know Jesus didn't give two shits about reaching out to the needy, the sick, the least among our society and all that hooey.

maybe we should just stay out of african affairs altogether?
NO foreign aid
NO money for aids

Let them literally FK them selves to death, would that be better?

Such a thoughtful, compassionate man of Christ....

Privatize what????

Mr. Obama, you're dead wrong on attempting to privatize veteran's healthcare.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is considering making veterans use private insurance to pay for treatment of combat and service-related injuries.

The plan would be an about-face on what veterans believe is a longstanding pledge by the government to pay for health care costs that result from their military service......

The proposed requirement for these companies to reimburse the VA would not only be unfair, says the Legion, but would have an adverse impact on service-connected disabled veterans and their families. The Legion argues that, depending on the severity of the medical conditions involved, maximum insurance coverage limits could be reached through treatment of the veteran’s condition alone. That would leave the rest of the family without health care benefits. The Legion also points out that many health insurance companies require deductibles to be paid before any benefits are covered.

“When a man goes and defends his country and gets injured and then they want your insurance to pay, that’s wrong,” said David Gerke, a 60-year-old Vietnam veteran and retired postal worker from Kansas City. “When we went into the service, we were told our medical needs…would be taken care of for the rest of our lives.”

Mr. Obama, people like my dad, a retired veteran of Desert Storm, risked life and limb for their country, they deserve to be taken care of for their sacrifice and service. End of story. Please reconsider your stand on privatizing veterans healthcare.

Damail Is So Cute When She's Angry

Well, if the disgusting comments hadn't been made about Levi and Bristol breaking up, then that would have been the end of it. But they were made, so once again the radical left looks disgraceful.

By the way, Bill's speaking engagement at the Foundation will go on as planned. Neither you or Keith Olbermann will be able to stop it.

Where do they get this stuff????

I found this on Leo Pusateri's site.

Read it, and apply it; and ask yourself: Could history, even unthinkable history, in your wildest imaginations, repeat itself?

Fr.Ingbert Naab’s Open Letter to Hitler:

“Dear Mr. Hitler:

“It is not my profession to make politics and I do not have political intentions in
writing this letter. But your political activities have one side that is deeply intruding into the conscience, into responsibility before God….

“You are surrounded by flattery wherever you go and the frenzy of enthusiasm surrounding you at your gatherings prevents you from having any thought about whether your work will pass muster before God; because you are of the opinion: Germany is on my side.

Your newspapers idolize you to a sickening degree. You are dubbed the ‘Great Redeemer from Want.; You are yourself convinced of this, ascribing to your one and only personality all the attributes necessary to rebuild Germany. In the future you will need nothing at all by which to set your course.

Your will is meant to be the only maxim for Germany and your command the only signpost. Has your conscience at any time reminded you of what a degree of self-assessment this conviction represents? Who among your followers dares to destroy this belief? ....Your whole entourage is one conscience-narcotic
for you…. “You and your press are stating: ‘The Future 'Germany,’ ‘The Elite of the Nation.’ There are indeed quite a number of idealists within your ranks who
earnestly hope for everything good from you. These idealists do not know the true National Socialism, do not know what you are planning nor what you personally, or your agents, have negotiated.

Could you risk showing your cards?....does the mass of your adherers really know about your true program?.... You have instilled such blind trust in your personality
into the idealists that they see you as a God-given prophet to whose mission one has to submit. Seldom has a human being demanded so much servility of spirit as yourself, the ‘Herald of German Freedom.’….

“Who has voted for you?...Mr. Hitler, speaking between ourselves: what do you think of the Catholics who voted for you? Blind herd or voters, what?....

“Who has voted for you? Those economically foundering. They hope for deliverance through you. The farmer facing Public Sale, the businessman seeing no way out. ‘It can’t get any worse,’ they say, ‘for 7 years now Hindenburg has been at the helm and achieved nothing. Now we’ll give Hitler a chance, and if he is no good either we’ll get rid of him.’

The psychology of those facing ruin is like that, Mr. Hitler. Your election is for many the least desperate measure, but not the last! There remains Bolshevism….

“Who has voted for you? Those people who due to suggestion believed in the inevitability of you becoming President….

“Who has voted for you? The cowards who didn’t want to lose their positions. Many people had already accommodated themselves to your rule, especially among those in state employment….

“Who has voted for you? Position hunters and future party-book civil servants….

“Who has voted for you? People trying to escape their financial responsibilities….

There were people who defied their creditors with the message: ‘I don’ pay anymore. Hitler is coming now and then I don’t have to pay anything’….But have you also considered the decline of morals passed on to the masses by these dubious speculations in a ‘Third Reich’?

“Who has voted for you? A mass of unripe young people…now you know nothing more important than to get just these unripe youngsters into harness….“I do not remonstrate on the political aspects…I am appealing solely to your conscience.

What do you say to the fact that your party promises all things to all men, even the most contradictory things. And why? What else but the lust for power….’lying lips are an abomination to the Lord’ [Prov. 12:22] in the service of politics, too. And ‘lies are shortlived.’ even when spoken by eloquent men.

Why don’t you come out into the open? Isn’t your reticence in religious questions one great deception of the masses?....

“Mr. Hitler, the tearing apart of Germany, that is your fault, your conscience has to bear it. You want to unite people….

“A possible civil war: that is your fault, your conscience has to bear it. You know you cannot grasp the helm legally in the near future. But your phalanges have been driven into such delusions that you are no longer able to keep them in a quiet mood….

“Despoilment of the youth: that is your fault, your conscience has to bear it….And how radical will this youth indoctrinated by your ideas become when they find themselves betrayed? You know it yourself: from your ranks to Bolshevism is but a step. For many the mental attitude is already the same….

“The confusion of moral principles: that is your fault, your conscience has to bear it….

“….We are preaching not the gospel of hate but of love, towards you too. Love contains above all our duty to tell you the truth, however bitter. We do not hold with lies, and refute them just as sharply when used against you as when damaging
someone else….

“Mr. Hitler, do not forget your conscience!”

Fr. Ingbert Naab, O.F.M. Cap.

Yes, Leo has just compared the victory of President Obama.....to that of Adolf Hitler in Germany, circa 1932.

Glenn Beck, are you reading this?? This character's trying to out-crazy you!!!

And You Thought I Was Rough On Creighton?

BAGHDAD -- Police say an Iraqi soccer player has been shot dead just as he was about to kick what could have been the tying goal in a weekend game south of Baghdad.

Police Maj. Muthanna Khalid says a striker from the Buhairat amateur team was facing only the goalie during a Sunday match in Hillah when a supporter of the rival Sinjar club shot him in the head in the final minute of play.

Sinjar was leading 1-0 when the shooting occurred. Khalid said a spectator was arrested.

More Iraqis are turning out for sports events now that security is improving. Major matches in Baghdad are heavily guarded but security in amateur games in smaller cities is often lax.

I just bet this was Obama's fault.

The View From My Ass

Ass
As I was forming this wonderful article in my mind I was actually going to start it with an apology over verbiage that might be be construed as rude or offensive and then I slapped myself...in the face... the face dammit! And said fuck that shit. This is why I don't write anymore I am worried somebody might get their feelings hurt. Bullfuck! Who reads this? 8 people tops. And 3 of them are Ranger Bob, Dog Fuck and Ralph so that means actually only 5 people read this.

So anyway Friday the Contessa and her sister packed up and left for the weekend leaving the Count all alone. And I have got to tell you Friday sucked ass. Went out to eat alone Took forever to get my food and then the manager who apparently could see from the look on my face that I was getting pissed came over and to make the situation right offered me an apology. Now the Contessa would have ate for free of course she would have caused a scene which is not my style, I just said OK, ate FINALLY! and left leaving a fairly small tip. Now it's a small thing but it's how My Friday went.

Then I got the news that I would have my Brothers dog for the weekend. Well Why the fuck not? I haven't got my Wife but dammit I've got two Chihuahuas. So with that news, after a killer of a night of playing my 45 collection ( I mean How many times can one play Lou's Got The Flu?) and walking around the house naked ( Which Isn't as fun as it sounds) I can only think of one other thing to do...and since I vowed never to do that again by myself I just took my sleeping pills and went to bed convinced that Saturday would, in the words of that wise philosopher Willie Nelson, Start the same old thing again.

And Saturday started out as another fun filled weekend day with out much point or purpose until a friend came over and suggested we head to Lincoln to watch Ralston's class B state championship game. Now I did not graduate from Ralston but I consider it my school or as much my school as any high school is my school. So I said hell why not and headed down to Lincoln. Now for the two years I went to Ralston there were 5 African American students and 4 were from the same family. They now have at least 6...cause there were 6 on the basketball team. Now right or wrong it was something I noticed and something that caught me off guard. I was told that the high school was in fact far more diverse than it was in my day which is very much a good thing. This had to be the first High School game I had been to in 10 years and Ralston won 61-49 over Beatrice. They had a kid 6-7 who was unstoppable and he pretty much single handily brought Ralston their first title in basketball in 45 years. Next year the kid is going to Colorado State because Lord knows Nebraska sure doesn't need 6'7" Forwards who can shoot the ball inside and out..."is using sarcasm"

I have to admit I had a blast at the game. I even pissed off somebody sitting by me when Ralston grabbed the momentum and I suggested that they should run Beatrice back to the farm. Anyway I went to bed Saturday knowing I made it through the worst and when I woke up my Wife might be there and Torch...God love the Cojoneless little devil...would be gone. Now normally when it comes to Sundays I agree with Kris Kristofferson 100% There ain't nothing short of dying half as lonely... or boring... or crappy. (The Boring and Crappy was actually the Count not Kristofferson) And with the Celtics losing for the 19th Sunday in a row and Duke winning the ACC Title ...

What a rat faced fuck K is.

it would seem that this would be another such Sunday. But no! this was a glorious day. First I awoke to the lovely sight of my wife who had arrived home not a moment too soon also Torch's people had come and got him. He's a sweet little guy but he has no balls at all and not just cause the vet took them. His Sister, whom we now own, met him at the door when he came in and hit him in the head...he shit on the floor. Timid doesn't do the little guy justice. The temperature was 60 degrees and the Contessa and I went for a walk. We ate some Burger King outdoors It was all good. Somehow eating BK isn't the same alone. It just isn't.

And the good news just kept continuing as the day went progressed into night. The brackets for the Men's NCAA Basketball tournament were announced and to the surprise of nobody outside of the 10 Grey Poupon eating idiots at The BlowJob cafe Creighton was not one of the 65 teams invited. After the announcement I head over to BJ Cafe to revel in their misery. This my friends was the BlowJob Cafe at 6 O'Clock Central time...

Then at 6:30 it was...

Then at 7 it was back too...

It was truly a terrible day to be a Creighton fan. Not only did Creighton RIGHTFULLY not get an invite to the NCAA Tournament but word came that Dana Altman's A1 Testicle licker was going to be unemployed...

Matt Perrault Fucking Canned

We received word this morning from a very reliable source that sports talk show host Matt Perrault will be leaving Omaha’s Big Sports 590 (KXSP 590 AM) at the end of March. Perrault joined Big Sports in 2005 as the afternoon host on the sport-talk station. His show now airs 2-6 p.m. weekdays. Perrault and his co-host Travis Justice were No. 9 with men 25-54 (the coveted demo for their format) in the latest report from the Arbitron radio ratings service in the 3-7 p.m. time slot, which encompasses most of their show.

9th place? 9th Place? Now if you're from Chicago, LA, New York or Boston that may not sound so bad but this is Omaha where there are only like 7 Radio Station. Think about it. Travis "Fatty" Justice and Matt "Loser" Perrault were getting their asses kicked by the polka time fun hour out of Fort Dodge Iowa. Pathetic. Now like most of the rest of the state, and life itself I hate Matt Perrualt. I wear the fact that he called me an asshole like a badge of honor and don't think I don't feel some pride in helping to shut down the comment section of his blog but I'll miss the son of a bitch and his Creighton ass kissing and the way he calls the 2 women whom he's ever had sex with slanderous names...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! No I won't. Hit the bricks dickhead!

RIP

I'll say one thing for Matt. No other sports talk show host in Omaha has a Face book group dedicated to them that calls them a super douche. Of course not everybody is thrilled Matt got shit canned. Over at Blow Job Cafe the 10 Creighton fans quit drinking just long enough to give Matt P. one last super blow job...AWW!

As For Nebraska basketball they too are playing in the NIT, though you will here no crying about it, There were no delusions of grandeur on their fans part even though their team actually BEAT the team whose fans are crying like little bitches. Tuesday night Nebraska has the tough task of playing At New Mexico.

And Finally a matter of my personal fan boydom...

I wrote about Commander Bond's Jaques "Jim" Stewart earlier and you can find that article here. Jim as he likes to be called, is the foremost expert on everything and If there is one thing he knows besides everything it's that he is better than everybody else. Just one problem. Despite what Jim and his own legion of butt boys might think Jim can't write for shit. I mean for all of the shit he gives others his writing is so pathetically bad and pathetically boring that the only word to describe it is...well Pathetic. Let me just say this. I have never posted on CBN I just lurk so this is not the result of a run in with Jim. This is just the result of years of laughing at him saying others can't write when he turns in shit like what is linked too above. Well I have a new hero at CBN. Named Dr. Shatterhand who had the guts to call out Jim and his army of 900 pound fan boys. A quote I posted earlier...

You don't believe in coming straight to the point, do you? I was looking forward to a critique of the book, instead I have to wade through a river of nonsense. 12 paragraphs before your critique even begins is a bit over-the-top. Next time listen to your school teacher and edit out the parts that bore the reader.

BTW, this is just my opinion

Well thankfully the good Dr. Is letting Jim Have it with both barrels in this thread on CBN and Jim's butt boys are responding in kind...

On Jim's horrid Fan fiction The Good Doctor writes...

As for THE HEART BLEEDS ICE, most publishers would throw the story in the garbage after reading that opening line. I, for one, just clicked onto another website.

The Good Dr. makes so many good points on this thread and does it in a much more civil manner than I could of that I have to link to his website... if you are a Bond fan give it a visit. Bottom line Jim thinks he is Tolstoy but is in point of fact toadshit. I leave you for now though with this wonderful exorcise in Irony from Mark A one of Jim's Buttblobs. (Mark saw Thunderball when he was 15 jerked off for hours and thus is a true Bond fan though he by his own admission hates everything Bond ever since then)

I am with you on this one. All I can see that someone had the b**l* to write far my lucidly than I could my very own opinion of Benson. I am really not worried whether I ever met Benson at all, so I am not too worried saying that Jim's review was pretty spot on. Thank you.

All I can see that someone had the b**l* to write far my lucidly than I could my very own opinion of Benson?

No Offense Mark...But forget Benson, a 4 year old retarded chimp or the Last President for that matter, could write more lucidly than you could.

Anyway today was a happy day. So

The younger generation of liberals, like many of whom we see post here, operate on the cartoonish premise that conservatives are homophobic, racist theocrats...

All in all, though, I think it means worse than that, I think it means War. As there are fewer and fewer people in this country willing to stand for what’s right. For those who are willing to stand for what’s right will have to make a big time ruckus, and I mean big time.

BINGO!
Im from the north, I have lived through the “civil rights” era.
Where im from there NEVER was separate ,drinking fountains, rear of the bus riding or any of the grievances the blacks had under the souths DEMOCRAT controlled states.

Im SOOOOOO over this hate whitey and “slavery” CRAP.

Im Irish, my ancestors were forced to migrate because of the British.
we dug the Erie barge canal, built the railroads, dug the mines, for PENNIES……..SO WHAT!

I believe i am blessed to be in this great nation by a quirk of civilizations.
I cant believe blacks dont honestly sit down and privately thank GOD their ancestors SOLD them to the white man, so some day they could partake of the American dream by just being born here.
Just look at some of the sally struthers videos of the african children with flies on their eyes and distended stomachs. This very well could be them if not for slavery…….GET OVER IT!!
Your relatives SOLD YOU, and some of our relatives bought you! WE OWE YOU NOTHING.
YOU OWE US ALL YOU HAVE!!

No?

No, it is my business, as it should be everybody’s business.

Why? Because it places a bad influence on society, it’s harmful to society, it’s unhealthy for society.

In other words it’s Evil!

What punishment? Hanging. I wish they would bring it back, and not waste any time carrying it out.
Yeah, I hate to be off-topic, but the reason I’m so interested in speaking about this, is because if Obama or Hillary either one become our next President, this country will have to suffer the ill-effects of such a terrible, terrible mistake.

There two dangerous people, poison to the core.

Ok, sorry to interrupt. I’m done, carry on…

Geez, I still can't see where we got the idea!
