Limbaugh's message is very simple: he believes in the primacy of the people and their individual liberty and believes that government should be a limited endeavor.
Rush derided at CPAC the Lib's focus on equality of results vs. equality of opportunity.
While he is extremely polemical and provocative, Rush attracts a huge and adoring audience because he speaks to the hungry individualism within the ambitious and those who are willing to trust their own initiative and the initiative of their neighbor’s to bring about greatness and are not looking for a Nanny state to wipe their asses every 10 minutes. In this he is aligned with the majority of the American people and continues to thrive despite the constant attempts to demonize him. -
And Sean, the intelligentsia has already picked apart Obama's penchant for creating straw men.
"I know these steps won’t sit well with the special interests and lobbyists who are invested in the old way of doing business . . . ."
Nice job in characterizing your opposition!
So tiresome. It makes me want to puke.
I think Snow and Collins and Specter will be looking down the horizon and seeing the unrelenting bleakness of our future under an Obama economy that is motivated more by a desire for social justice than prosperity.
When unemployment hits 11% and Ovomit owns the modern record, Rush Limbaugh will look like the smartest guy in the room.
And Bobby Jindal will look Presidential indeed.

Pete's showing an obvious lack of intelligence which only makes him an obvious Limbaugh listener and believer.
Those losers will never get it that the American People have rejected unintelligence in favor of intelligence and education. - March 3, 2009 at 9:18 PM

Yeah Pete's a real idiot.

Not surprising. Rich people are smarter than poor people (typically) and poor people are fearful (and typically gullible)and found Ovomit's socialist propaganda appealing. Next!

No surpirse, Sean, that L'Affaire Limbaugh dominated the airwaves. The driveby media would rather talk about anything than Obama's failing economic plans and the stock market depression we are in.
