He is, at the very least, almost always an entertaining read. Even when it's disturbing stories like this one - a little beyond the pale for me, to be frank.
You saw "Taryn" and "California Blat" having their fun with him? We want the magnum opus to continue, dammit, and Ralph is holding back! I think he's upset that he can't use the Lincoln Bedroom as a setting any more, now that Malia Obama is doing her homework there...
