Over at Jonathan's Corner
I have a question brought about a revelation I learned about one of my former classmate/alumni from the class of 2008. Please, read and comment. To paraphrase Rachel Maddow: "I need a talking down."

I say you are better off not having those things at your age. Your talking about people who are putting up buildings before they build the foundation.
What Count said, Jonathan. I have literally never known anybody who was truly, honestly ready for marriage - much less parenthood - at your age. Devote these years to finding your own calling, establishing independence, and getting the story arc of your life off to a solid and fulfilling start.
The strength of any relationship is in its depth, not the speed with which it appears.
