Ok I posted about this is in a Long post I am about to post but here is the short version. Ralph posted Cybill Hearts PIAPS like I posted the Joanie and Chachi nonsense and then nothing else. He didn't expand on it He didn't put up a picture...nothing just that one line. Today he erased it. He must have confused himself. it was strange to say the least even for him.

Poor Ralph. It must have been one of his other "Cybill" [sic.] personalities that made the post to begin with.
