This was Heath Ledger's movie all the way.
The Dark Knight **** 1/2 Out of *****
Very Quick Review...
Outside of outstaying it's welcome by about 10 minutes and the few moments that didn't involve Ledger there isn't much for these eyes to complain about from Dark Knight. But Christian Bale didn't make this movie what it was. A thousand guys could have done the job he did. This Was Ledger's baby. I have never seen Broke Back Mountain I have been told he was outstanding in that as well but he was the show here and a fine show it was.
Late edit from Jonathan: This was Heath Ledger's finest hour on-screen, and i'll be damned if he doesn't win the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. He earns that Award with this performance. Besides that, The Dark Knight is the best movie i've seen so far this year. This is one of those movies where neither me, nor Count can explain the madness and the genius behind Christopher Nolan's dark and complex crime drama. You'll have to watch this for yourself.

I know that technically He was a "supporting" actor but it sure seem to me he was the main attraction here.
I agree Jonathan. Without a doubt, this movie was incredibly well done. Chris Nolan and Heath Ledger truly put together a masterpiece in my book.
