Zippity Doo Dah

Oh look the big bad "bully boy" Sean Hannity has on another guest that represents the progressive viewpoint, while Keith Olberman plays groundhogs day and makes out with Rachael Maddow. (not that there is anything wrong with two women kissing)
I saw the segment and Phil looked like an complete idiot. He blamed everything, including the gassing of the Kurds, on America. He's infected with the toxic blame America virus which causes deranged thinking and moral confusion in liberals and Democrats.
ou are taking Phil Donahue as credulous?

Unfucking believable. You would praise chavez if he came on fox news.

Just unfucking believable that you guys eat up this horseshit!

Must be the same tune I hear from you guys day in and day out. I would think you would sit out a dance or two to rethink!
I factually dispute everything Donahue said.
Let's call a spade a spade. When this whole thing started, everyone thought the war would go down as a 6 month affair with liberated crowds celebrating in the street and a deposed dictator dead or in jail, along with a 30-plus jump in public ratings. And all that was needed was a small invasion force, not even an occupation force.

Bush wanted to do it and the democrats (including Hillary Clinton and John Kerry) jumped on the bandwagon hoping to take some of the credit and get a bump themselves.

We all have faults. But when the knee-jerk default position is blame America and it's policies for every wrong in the world -- including 911 --well, I think that's deranged. Donahue seems to be hard-wired to do that. The man is so full of himself and so self-righteous he's comes accross as a know-it-all and a bufoon.
I had my doubts about it at the time as well. But alot of the people who had doubts about Gulf War II also had serious doubts about Gulf War I, which was a smashing success (you may have been one of them), so don't pat yourself on the back too hard...

W
The irony is the democrats always seem to get burned. Gulf War I - they opposed in large numbers and it came back to blow up in their face! Gulf War II - they jumped on the bandwagaon and supported and it came back to blow in their face!

W.
911 happened because a group of murderous religious fanatics have a variety of silly fantasies. And they tend to believe America and Isreal are the root cause of most of the world's problems. Just like liberal Democrats do.
If al Sadr had any brains, he would want Obama to win.
Your thinking is distorted. Islamic Extremists strapped bombs onto retarded women and sent them into a crowed Iraqi marketplace and blew them up be remote control. Christians never did that. Not even in Texas.

You are a morally confused person.
Most of the world's problems come from the Human Condition, and they will never be solved. Christians would blame it on human selfishness and original sin. Others would blame it on ecomonic injustice, racism, whatever "ism" you want. The world will always be a mess -- at least while God is out to lunch.

Some people just need to "blame" something for the bad things that happen. They need to find a logical reason for evil -- so they point to the jews, the communists, The United States, the oil executives, whomever. Evil is a profound mystery that will always be with us -- and within us.
Why would someone would strap bombs onto retarded women and send them into a crowed market -- and then blow them up by remote control to kill dozens of people? That's a mystery to me.

But if you want to find a logical reason for such evil, you can always find one. How about blaming Bush?

"Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction ... So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real..."
- Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Jan. 23. 2003 | Source

"I will be voting to give the President of the United States the authority to use force -- if necessary -- to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security."
- Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Oct. 9, 2002 | Source

"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line."
- President Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998 | Source

"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program."
- President Bill Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998 | Source

"We must stop Saddam from ever again jeopardizing the stability and security of his neighbors with weapons of mass destruction."
- Madeline Albright, Feb 1, 1998 | Source

"He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he has ten times since 1983."
- Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser, Feb, 18, 1998 | Source

"[W]e urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs."
Letter to President Clinton.
- (D) Senators Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, others, Oct. 9, 1998 | Source

"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."
- Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998 | Source

"Hussein has ... chosen to spend his money on building weapons of mass destruction and palaces for his cronies."
- Madeline Albright, Clinton Secretary of State, Nov. 10, 1999 | Source

"We begin with the common belief that Saddam Hussein is a tyrant and a threat to the peace and stability of the region. He has ignored the mandate of the United Nations and is building weapons of mass destruction and th! e means of delivering them."
- Sen. Carl Levin (D, MI), Sept. 19, 2002 | Source

"We know that he has stored secret supplies of biological and chemical weapons throughout his country."
- Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002 | Source

"Iraq's search for weapons of mass destruction has proven impossible to deter and we should assume that it will continue for as long as Saddam is in power."
- Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002 | Source

"We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction."
- Sen. Ted Kennedy (D, MA), Sept. 27, 2002 | Source

"The last UN weapons inspectors left Iraq in October of 1998. We are confident that Saddam Hussein retains some stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons, and that he has since embarked on a crash course to build up his chemical and biological warfare capabilities. Intelligence reports indicate that he is seeking nuclear weapons..."
- Sen. Robert Byrd (D, WV), Oct. 3, 2002 | Source

"There is unmistakable evidence that Saddam Hussein is working aggressively to develop nuclear weapons and will likely have nuclear weapons within the next five years ... We also should remember we have always underestimated the progress Saddam has made in development of weapons of mass destruction."
- Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D, WV), Oct 10, 2002 | Source

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members ... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
- Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002 | Source

"We are in possession of what I think to be compelling evidence that Saddam Hussein has, and has had for a number of years, a developing capacity for the production and storage of weapons of mass destruction."
- Sen. Bob Graham (D, FL), Dec. 8, 2002 | Source
Great post.
Why don't you ask Harry Truman, the Democrat? He dropped atom bombs on two Japanese cities -- and incinerated hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians. Democrats have killed more civilians with air power than all republican administrations combined. but if you want to feel morally superior, go ahead.
Behold the pathology of the Modern left.
What????

It makes me wonder...just how do these fools manage to exist?

So tell me "Patriot"...just what is you nationality?

How long have you been an American.

Be specific.

Are you another infiltrator or merely an abject coward?

I will know in short order.

Tech support....ya' know.
Did Cardinal law ever strap bombs onto retarded women and blow them up by remote control in a crowded market?

Burning people at the stake happened hundreds of years ago.

The moral equivilancy is not there. Nice try though.
How old are you kid?
What kind of response is that?
I think Cardinal Law should go to prison. But he did'nt strap bombs onto retarded women and blow them up in a crowded market.

There moral equivilancy you seek is not there. Sorry. You need to begin to think more clearly.
I saw a documentary on the history channel a couple of weeks ago. The ancient pagans in Rome used to accuse the early Christians of boiling their infant children alive and eating them afterwards. A major problem that the pagans had with the early Christians were that they allowed women to congregate with men and didn't "tolerate" the other religions of the empire.

The more things change, the more they stay the same. Wicked people still despise Christianity, just as Jesus Himself predicted.

W.
Again, this is moral equivilancy on steroids. Most rational people would not eqaute bombing an abortion clinic with dropping the twin towers or blowing up a crowded market place. Moral equivilancy is the pathology of the left. Your thinking is twisted and sick.
Doesn't speak well for the public school system, huh?
Ah yes, the same liberals who bend over backwards to absolve and excuse any terrorist act commited by Islamic extremists strain at gnats to portray conservative Christians as abortion clinic bombers. Dontya just love the consistency?

W.
Zippy, meet claudo. He has a one-track mind. He is also a self-loather.

What about the liberal at the Virginia university who gunned down his fellow students because they were too rich? I think he killed more people in that one day than all the abortion clinic bombers have done in the past decade.

What about the liberals who attacked U.S. military personnel as they were coming back from their tour of duty?

Are liberals dangerous nut jobs?

W.

3/10 - try it again with profanity and a few more exclamation points, some caps might help also.

W.
LOL!!! We come back to this hackneyed bullshit. Ok. Everyone who does not have a relative fighting cannot vote next election.

Reality is a Fox News Poll from January 2007 showed that 49 pct of Democrats either wanted the surge to fail or weren't sure if they wanted it to fail. Enough said.
