Game Day And Open Thread Spring Game Edition

For the 3rd year in a row the weather is suppose to be gorgeous with a kickoff temperature around 60 and a high of 66 with bright sunshine. ( now the weather channel says 70) I have been to many of these games and have sat in 90 degrees and 40 and raining. With the wife having to go I was worried that unlike the last two years the weather wouldn't cooperate, it's not like she really wants to go anyway, but it apparently will my payback may not be quite as severe.

Yes it's a scrimmage. Yes you learn almost nothing from it. (Last year we did learn Ndamukong Suh was going to be unblockable. The Whites were up 10-0 after the 2 or 3 series he played then they took him out and the Reds won 31-17.)

Don't expect the QB race to be solved, that wouldn't be fair anyway to Zac Lee.

Once again the teams are split using a draft system wich makes for closer and more entertaining games then we got during the Callahan Era. With Green, Helu and Paul all on the White squad I think they pull out a close win 28-21.

Also Tomorrow The NBA Playoffs start and Kelly Pavlik is fighting so it's a really good day for sports.

Open thread kids. Will have a review of the game probably Sunday. Tomorrow night I may live blog the Celtics game.

Obviously I didn't Live blog the Celtics game. I came and went to sleep and when I woke up it was already close to halftime.
