Texas Christian Joins Big East.

Since Jonathan asked me what I think about this here are my thoughts.

This made a really bad week for Boise State even worse. Boise State joined the Mountain West conference believing that with joining Utah, TCU and BYU the conference would be BCS worthy. Now Utah is in the Pac 10, TCU is in the Big East and BYU is going to be an independent in football. In other words Boise State made a lateral move at best and a backwards move at worst.

The other loser is the Big 12 which needs some other schools if it wants to survive past 3 to 5 years which doesn't appear to be possible anyway. This shows TCU believes the Big 12 is not long for this world.
