This Is Why I Question The Mods...

On The Thread...

Where's Cavuto's Outrage About a Possible Government Bailout of Mortgage Lenders?

Reported by Melanie - Fri 7:03 PM

First...

You know you're a muttneck if you blame someone for making a Big Mac to shove in your mouth.
You know you're a muttneck if you think homes are free and then when the day comes you can't afford it, you lose it.
I am muttneck, nothing is my fault just ask me and the mutts.

Now this particular Ralph is an Old Troll named Uber-Mikey- who knows what else.

Gee the when the little guy goes bankrupt he is comp[el]led to be an indentured servant no getting the greedy creditors off your back.

Stupid shit. When you go bankrupt, your debts are discharged and you have a fresh start. YOUR DEBTS ARE NO LONGER COLLECTIBLE!

You idiots sit around and spout this shit when you don't understand the basics....

Hate to be the one to break it to you Ralph, but under the Republican controlled Congress, they changed the laws regarding bankrupcy to favor the creditors making it much harder for people who get into credit trouble to file for bankrupcy and get out of it.

Hate to break it to you, but the change in laws (with which I am very familiar) only change pre-bankruptcy procedures (counseling, 6-month wait, etc.). Once you are discharged, the result is unchanged.
Ralph AKA Uber-troll has already shown his ignorance about financial matters, so it's not surprising that he's terribly misinformed about this subject too.
Since you have shown your absolute ignorance, you have no standing to comment about anyone else....

I have warned you repeatedly not to respond to trolls. I have to clean up this thread when you are finished.

You are banned until you email me asking to be reinstated and give me reinsurance that you will refrain from baiting the trolls.

Late Edit... this threat was not left by Melanie but by Uber-Fuck stealing her name.
