Blog Is Back Open.
As The Title Says The Blog is Back Open. Didn't watch much of the funeral I hate those damned things. I hate going to them and I don't watch them on tv but I was told it was quite nice but very sad.
Went over to Johnny$ to remind them that they are associating with pedophiles...not sure what good it did. I did notice my favorite "gal" Damail was posting over there. Oh and I see what you mean about Chris. How many faces does that guy have?

They hate us! They really hate us!
So this week, I got pissed off when some of the fringe conservatives decided to celebrate the death of Ted Kennedy, so, naturally, I let my feelings be known on one of the blogs.
Of course, I took some crap for it.
First, a little background on that fateful incident:
Mind you, it still doesn't excuse the fact that he didn't report the crash to the police immediately, but to say that Ted Kennedy let Mary Jo die to save his own skin is utter nonsense.
But, it turns out my thoughts on Leo pissing on Kennedy's grave have made it on another conservative blog. And come Monday, they're gonna be gunning for me.
First off - I don't own this blog (That would be Count Isvan). I merely contribute to it whenever I can.
Second - Bring it on.
"Compassionate Christian," my behind!
You're a real fucking asshole, you know that?

Of course, I took some crap for it.
Compassion does not demand that we eulogize the dead, nor does Christianity.
Do you deny that he left her to die to save his own skin? Does such a man deserve our eulogies?

Compassion? Have you no compassion for MJK? Why does TK deserve compassion when MJK does not? is it because TK was a Senator for life,. While Mary Jo Kopechne was just an ordinary citizen?
Oh wait. I guess we' never know what MaryJo Kopechne would've accomplished in her ife, will we.
then again, the life od MJk really dopesn't matter compared with the life of an 'impoprtant' Senator from Massachusetts, does it?
what I meant is that MJK received no justice for TK's role in her untimely demise in this world; she's finally receiving it in the next.
By the way, Jonathan- way to master that eloquent four-letter word vocabulary of yours. Keep it up. It really becomes you.

First, a little background on that fateful incident:
Suffering from concussion and shock, Kennedy dove repeatedly to try to save his passenger. Kennedy went back to the Kennedy compound to get help, and he and two cousins were unable to get the car open to get Mary Jo out of the overturned vehicle. Kennedy and all others at the compound said he had not been drinking.
While Kennedy also spoke to the authorities in less time than Cheney took in speaking to the authorities (hunting accident), Kennedy still left the scene of an accident without immediately reporting the accident to the authorities.
Kennedy pled quilty to leaving the scene of an accident, was convicted and succesfully completed his probation.
He also made a very public speech where he took full responsibility for his actions that night._"I do not seek to escape responsibility for my actions by placing the blame either on the physical and emotional trauma brought on by the accident, or anyone else. I regard as indefensible the fact that I did not report the accident to the police immediately."
Mind you, it still doesn't excuse the fact that he didn't report the crash to the police immediately, but to say that Ted Kennedy let Mary Jo die to save his own skin is utter nonsense.

Some "Christianity" these assholes show
We knew that when the rest of people who respected and admired Sen. Ted Kennedy's passing, the would be the so-called 'compassionate conservatives' who would piss all over his grave. Still doesn't make it any less repugnant...and of course, it's the nutjobs at B4V who don't know the meaning of "showing some respect for the dead."
I'm not gonna waste my breath in saying that these people should be ashamed of themselves, because they're not. Just allow me to call them what they are:
fucking assholes.
Late edit: Now Leo gets to spit on Ted's grave.

No - Not at all.
When good men do nothing evil prevails.
Turning ones head and ignoring evil is the same as condoning it.
Why remain silent? while others pile piety and remorse on the passing of an evil, lying, loathsome man?
He has gone on to be with the master he so well served on earth Satan. So be it
again good riddance.
You can eulogize him in your home in europe you seem to worship his ilk.

Neocon, I can’t say it any better than that.
There have been, throughout my adult life, only three men that I wished to live long enough to see assume room temperature: Yasser Arafat, Ted Kennedy and Fidel Castro. Two down, one to go. I hope God sees fit to grant Senator Kennedy an audience and holds him accountable for his life.

America Has Lost A Giant
Edward "Ted" Kennedy 1931-2009
Sen. Edward Moore Kennedy, the youngest Kennedy brother who was left to head the family's political dynasty after his brothers President John F. Kennedy and Sen. Robert F. Kennedy were assassinated, has died at age 77.

Godspeed, Sen. Kennedy. We need more men like him in the Senate, now more than ever.

Known as the "liberal lion of the Senate," Kennedy championed health care reform, working wages and equal rights in his storied career. In August, he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom -- the nation's highest civilian honor -- by President Obama. His daughter, Kara Kennedy, accepted the award on his behalf.
Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, known as Ted or Teddy, was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in May 2008 and underwent a successful brain surgery soon after that. But his health continued to deteriorate, and Kennedy suffered a seizure while attending the luncheon following President Barack__________________________________

Latest GOP lie/scaretactic: the VA's encouraging vets to kill themselves!
This morning on Fox & Friends, GOP Chairman Michael Steel trotted out the newest scare tactic in killing health care reform: The Veteran's Association are encouraging the very people they're serving, to kill themselves.
This would be equally disturbing and frightening...you know, if it were actually true.

Somehow, I doubt the truth about this latest web of lies means jack shit to Steel. To the Republicans, its about protecting a morally bankrupt system which is about sucking every dollar that an average American family or individual has in their pockets. Exactly how can these people look themselves in the mirror everyday with a straight face?

Unraveling Jeremiah
Since we can't comment un-moderated on this post, I guess we'll have to un-spin it here. Come out, come out, wherever you are, Jer!

First, Jer, George Soros may be a corporate magnate, but he's not in government. Show me something labeled as a "Soros" bill and I'll buy your malarkey; otherwise, pipe the hell down.
Second, Medicare and Medicaid not working for the American people? Tell that to millions of seniors and poverty-stricken families. These programs may not work perfectly, but they work a damn sight better than ordinary families' private insurance plans do, gouging them for unreasonable co-pays that diagnose conditions their carriers won't even cover.
Come ON. Even the fundie legislators you no doubt endorse aren't taking on this chimera. Medicare and Medicaid are useful and functional safety nets for the most vulnerable segments of the population. The users of same know that and aren't likely to be bamboozled by the likes of you and your dogma.
Third...your apparent insistence on sidelining any and all exposure to evolutionary theory and family planning, in favor of an ignorant electorate that will cheerfully believe in the simultaneous existence of humans and dinosaurs, whilst consigning generations of women to wholesale pregnancy, places you so out of step with the modern world that we might as well transport you back to the Dark Ages where you belong. Honestly, Jer. Can you function in this modern world? Are you able to pay your phone bill? Take the bus somewhere? Or do you stand by the roadside, desolate, waiting for a passing tumbril to take you to the Town Square for the latest beheading? You're an ideological artifact, sir, and you paint yourself as a salt-of-the-earth patriot in an effort that falls well short of the mark.
That's what YOUR camp is all about.
You poor, sorry, intellectual bankrupt fool.

Who says that these government-controlled programs are "voluntary"?Hmm...I wonder, then, what that word "voluntary," so prominently in the syntax, might mean.
Well, that would be an easy way to sell something to try and get people to think that you're a "trustworthy" fellow, when in actuality, your intention is to have them do things your way without any internal options once they've signed on.You might know about that, Jer, what with your insistence that all government begins and ends with your God, which would kind of put the kibosh on individuals' "internal options," once they've "signed on," yes?
That is exactly how it works, and will work with these government-run programs currently being drafted in Congress and to be forced upon the American people.Congressional representatives elected by the American people to do the American people's business...which incidentally seems to include health care reform, to your personal dismay.
The plain and simple fact of the matter is, the current system that the government has is going bankrupt with success because it's working ... I know that seems like an odd way to put it, but that's just the way it is.Gee...might it be "going bankrupt" because the recent GOP-led legislative bodies voted again and again not to increase its funding relative to demand, over a period of years, while cheerfully writing blank checks for unfounded aggression in the Middle East?
You see, government-run programs aren't really created by the people, they are designed by the internal bureaucracy that is currently within the government...power-hungry bureaucrats like George Soros and others who want to make a name for themselves and a name only, they aren't looking to help you or me. They design these types of programs Medicare and Medicaid to work for them and only them, not the American people. Take for another example, the educational system, you have the option to send your child to a private school, or to one of the public schools. If you think about how you want your child educated, you will look into, and evaluate each system before you enroll your children to make sure that your child is being taught according to what you wish them to learn. It would be easier to make a decision if this were in the early to mid-1800s, but it's not that easy today because you have so much social-engineering going on in the bad direction, going away from and against the traditional, God-fearing values that started this country. Do you have options in the public schools that will permit your children to not learn the atheist philosophies of Darwinism and sex education? No. Once your child is in the public school, they will be taught atheism and the philosophies there-of. So, if you are a Christian and want your children taught the values that are from Our Father in heaven as opposed to the atheist public school system, then you will have to do either of two things - spend an awful lot of time refuting what your children are learning in school, and explaining things to them the right way, or two, get them out of the public school. Option two, get them out, is your best bet. In addition, the public option is no good, because the government raises your taxes in order to pour money into atheist programs like diversity training...while the educational needs of your children they care less about, because they want to do everything in their power to obliterate every vestige of Christianity and faith in God in this country. I will say this, however, they are fighting an uphill battle that they will not reach the summit of. The government can destroy our bodies, but they can't take our souls...at least those of us who were taught and know the truth.Ohhhh, so much disinformation, so little time.

You're an ideological artifact, sir, and you paint yourself as a salt-of-the-earth patriot in an effort that falls well short of the mark.
Another question to ponder is: What actually happens to America if a majority of the people agree with the atheist controlled government and sign on to their plan? Well, slowly but surely, you will start to see the government dictating everything that you can and cannot do, and the can's will become far less than the cant's as time progresses. That's just how it is. China, for example, where families can have but only so many children and then no more, they murder the rest. An atheist who is in a position of leadership, he doesn't answer to anyone...at least they think they don't.Where did this nonsense come from? Jer, try to follow the plot for once. The government already says that you cannot legally stone your neighbor for adultery, cannot arrest someone for mixing cotton and wool in the same garment, and cannot do any number of things you might feel the erratic impulse to do. That is common decency and order, in action. It doesn't mean that the government is about to push itself into your family structure, your bedroom, or your conscience.
That's what YOUR camp is all about.
Under a legitimate government, the leaders of a nation are supposed to answer to the people, and the people elect whom they will to be their leaders...the problem is, education is not this way, and with a majority of the people having education watered down with socialist and communist propaganda, they have been taught to vote against their freedom and prosperity. Ultimately, the people answer to God, and we are to elect God-fearing Senators and Representatives as our leaders in order to retain our freedom and prosperity. In other words, we aren't supposed to choose who we think should be our leaders...which would be an earthly king if we were to choose who we think should be our leaders, but we are to follow what God's Word says and choose our leaders who do the same.Er...no, Jer. The Representatives and Senators answer to We The People, and God is sidelined in the legislative debate, because matters of the soul are between a group of believers and their deity and have nothing whatsoever to do with the government. Like it or not, the USA was founded on the basis of the state's separation from any mandated national religion. Insist to the contrary, and you are no better than an Iranian mullah, enforcing his personal religious convictions on the whole of the population.
Correction: I bleated out like George Soros was a "Senator," but in fact, is a businessman who is in close alignment with leaders on Wall-Street and other financial big-shots and firms, and who works to help the socialist power structure. But you support Wall Street and free-market capitalism, don't you, Jer? As expressions of how much Jesus loves profit and monetary success. So is Jesus on George Soros' side, or isn't he? Be specific and show your work.
You poor, sorry, intellectual bankrupt fool.

The 93 Million-Dollar Man
Speaking as a Chargers fan, Philip Rivers has proven himself as a leader and as one of the top 10 QB's in the league (see his gusty '07 performance in the AFC title game against Bill Beli-cheat and last year's stats: QB rating of 105.5; thrown for 4,009 yds; tied Saints QB Drew Brees for 34 TD's). But is he really worth his new contract: a reported $93 million for six years, with $38 million guaranteed this year? Yes, since his arrival, the Bolts have won three consecutive titles in the AFC West, he's 33-15 overall in the regular season (3-3 in postseason play) and has gone to the Pro-Bowl. The no's don't lie, but the only stat that matters is the most elusive one for San Diego: a Vince Lombardi trophy. Rivers hasn't even played in the big game yet, and Dean Spanos is giving him 93 mil? Sorry, but until he's won a Super Bowl ring, he's worth $78-80 million, not nearly $100 million.

Oh Yeah I Am Back.
Had a nice two days in Sioux Falls. They put me in a very nice motel room gave me a large expense allowance which meant that the Contessa and I could eat at a restaurant that was usually well out of our price range. Then they told me they were sorry but the vacation to Virginia I was going on next month that they had approved not once, not twice, but thrice has been disapproved. Which is nice. I already have rooms and a Kennel for my pets booked. I already had to pay for two nights I won't be using. Hopefully all other motels will refund me. If not I will be reimbursed. If you're wondering if I blew up and quit of course I did. But I was talked down. Another fun filled 2 day Fall vacation spent at Masqwacki casino. Next year I am taking a much nicer vacation. We are already planning it and it has been approved "In writing" If they renege this time it will be my I just quit my job vacation.
I Demand An Investigation In To Tonights Miss Universe Judging,
My One Gratuitous T and A post for the next few months. I watched tonight's Miss Universe contest strictly for the culture of learning about other lands and I was sure miss Puerto Rico Mayra Matos was going to win this thing. Hell her National Costume alone should have given her the damned crown...

But she finished 5th. An Investigation needs to be launched :) I am still behind you Mayra. BTW nice Nascar outfit Miss USA.
