Southerner Is A Race?

Oh, that is classic dogcatcher. I'm figuring he's in high school or just freshly out of high school and never paid enough attention in social studies class. Maybe he didn't graduate. Maybe just scraped by on his GED. That would explain his lack of intelligence, and his handle. Only thing he could get a job at is being a dogcatcher.
Now, if you take all those variables into account, his post makes perfect sense.
