It's that time again where everyone fills out their brackets for the 75th annual NCAA Tournament, from the casual watcher, to the die-hard fan, and everyone in between. Hell, even Presidents get in on the action, such as the case as Obama unveils his picks on who's going to meet in Georgia for the Final Four.

I disagree with him on Minnesota they have been playing awful but he does pick Cinci over Creighton so that's fine by me.
