Clinton's cowardly, do-nothing approach didn't seem to impress OBL very much, as he carried out attack after attack without any consequences.
Not so with President Bush. Al Qaeda is demoralized and the surge is working, despite the Democrat Party's best efforts to sabotage the troops.
