Only someone who is asleep (pun intended) would not be aware of just what a piece of garbage the NIE is, Gene. I’ve still got some active contacts in the spook world, and Bolton’s view is shared by many. In fact, it’s been widely discussed on this blog; you must have been asleep. Is that how you came up with your screen name — you just sleep through all the important stuff?
