What is taught in schools is joe mccarthy was a scoundrel and a liar and only a few communists were ever in the government, and other places. Never mind the KGB has confirmed communists infested levels of government and colleges and universiites. There'sa joke that there were more communists in places of higher learning than there were in the Kremlin.
