This Is The Kind Of Crap That Makes Me Think Henry Is Fake
It was a Republican President Reagan who said 'GORBECHAUF, TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!'

Leaving aside that particular clear and present example of illiteracy... anyone who lived through those years (and I lived through some of them IN Santa Barbara, thanks very much, with half-hour commutes turned into two-hour miseries whenever Ronnie was in town and the Secret Service turned US 101 into a magnificent traffic snarl of motorcade route and closed exits) knows that Reagan happened to be in the right place at the right time to take advantage of global policy tides that had been shifting without him so much as dipping an ideological oar of his own into the water. He and Bush seem to share the same blissful lack of awareness of the global realities around them; the core difference is that, thanks to his actor's training, Reagan could at least pronounce most of what was written for him.
I just have to laugh when one of the trolls goes into Reagan-idolatry mode. It's one of the clearest indicators that you're listening to someone who has just swallowed received party "wisdom" wholesale without tasting it, much less fact-checking it.
