Saturday morning The Wife and I are leaving on a 2 week vacation gas prices be damned. :) We are going to La Pine Oregon where I have some relatives, they are my Mothers people so they are human :) )Ok some of my Fathers people are good people but some of them are really bat-shit crazy Hungarians. ) From there we will be traveling up the coast of Oregon and Washington then threw Olympic National Park and the Cascades. This is a trip we have been planning for awhile it hasn' t been the easiest year for us ( myself especially) and this vacation is much needed. Last year we took 6 days in September and went to TR National Park in North Dakota and every year we take a couple of days and go up to a casino in Minnesota but this the first "long" vacation we have taken since 2 years ago when we went to upstate New York, Vermont and Canada and that was our Honeymoon. In fact Monday will be our second anniversary. We will be in Boise Idaho on Monday (The Romance capital of the world) we have said that this vacation is a anniversary present but I know better than that.
Anyway I am posting this here and on Newshounds to explain why after early Saturday morning I haven't posted in a while and to let people know if anybody comes by claiming to be me and calling people zealous Stalinist or any other such names it isn't me.
In fact I am leaving at 6:30 am Central time on Saturday and won't be back for two weeks. So if anybody posts during that time claims to be me they are frauds. :)

Then there was a Dem Stratigist on Hannity and Colmes last night(can't remember his name) that mentioned on a different night that the US was not ready for a Mormon President. You could hear the contempt in his voice.
Then a before the GOP debate on MSNBC they where bringing up the Mormon issue as well. Then Chris Matthews brought up religion at the debate.
And Hillary is has quit too. I believe any Canidate running right now that is still in office should not be in office. They are all doing a disservice to their states.

FrankC, I have repeatedly asked you to stop baiting the trolls and to cut out the personal insults. I give a lot more slack to newcomers.

In Ellen's latest thread there are close to 500 comments. 80% of them by trolls and 90% of them off topic. After noticing that she was allowing the trolls to post anything and everything she wanted I figured I would wake her up knowing damn good and well as soon as I posted she would show up.
There are more than a few regulars who are perplexed that they are receiving threats of banishment and Vince P. and other are allowed to camp out on the thread and post off topic all day long.
Guess what, I'm here... and Count Istvan, I am really uninterested in your opinion of my moderation. If you don't like it, don't come to my threads.
As far as I'm concerned, this has turned into a reasonably civil discussion and it's relatively on topic.
