Maybe I'm just naive, but I don't remember any Republican commentator wishing death upon Clinton or Gore while they were in office. We did, however, just want them to go away. Unfortunately, that wish still has yet to be granted. Hell, Carter can't even go away. He's forever writing shitty books on subjects he knows nothing about.
